活動名稱：歷屆幹部交流大會
活動日期：11/18（一）17：30開始
活動目的：歷屆的經驗傳承以及增進系學會成員之間的情感
活動流程：
我們邀請了卸任幹部回來與現任幹部來敘敘並做經驗的交流。
為了讓大家熟悉彼此，活動一開始先交換 廢物 禮物，在一陣嘻嘻哈哈中氣氛活絡了起來，
再來就來到我們最重要的環解啦—四屆幹部交流！！有請我們已卸任幹部與我們現任以及儲備幹部進行經驗的傳承以及提供一些建議、討論目前正在進行活動應該如何改善並請教他們當年的解決辦法。
相信有了這次的交流，我們系學會一定會越來越好的！

Purpose of the activity:
To pass on experiences to new members and to improve the relationship between the members.
Activity process:
We had invited the retired cadres to come back and share their experiences with the current cadres.
In order to make everyone more familiar to each other, we exchanged gifts in the beginning.
After that, it Comes to the most important part,which is opinion exchange!!
We had asked our retired cadres back in order to pass on their experiences and provide some suggestions to our current and reserved cadres. Furthermore, we discussed about the activities we've been prepared recently and ask them about some solutions and how to improve.
After this conference, our department will definitely getting better and better!
