投票方式
將在截稿後三天內發出投票表單，並將上作品、作品名稱及創作人公開在表單上。
注意事項
1.服裝最多3色喔，若有背面須一起附上。
2.圖案若出現歧視、暴力犯罪等不合宜或令人反感之內容，或經舉報為抄襲或違反規定，經查證屬實，本會有權拒絕受理，並廢止其參選資格。
3.如需投稿多件 請直接上傳作品(檔案數量上限為10個)。
4.檔案格式限制為PDF檔或AI檔，檔案總大小需小於10 GB。
5.本次徵稿並無提供現金形式之稿費。若作品中選，本會將免費贈送中選者系服一件，惟每一作品以贈送一件為上限。

Call for Papers - Design of Departmental T-Shirt 2019
Election Procedures
We will publish the election form before September 18th 2019. On the election form, there will be the schematic diagram, the name of the design, the author for each artwork.
Notice
1. The design should not be more than three colors, and the design of two side should be submitted at the same time if needed.
2. If there is any inappropriate or objectionable content such as discrimination or violent crime on the artwork, our the author is reported as plagiarism or violation of regulations, we have the right to refuse the submission and abolish his/her eligibility for election.
3. Submitting more than one design is acceptable, please submit them at the same time.
4. The file format is limited to PDF file or AI file, and the total file size must less than 10 GB.
5. This call-for-papers doesn't provide any remuneration in cash. If your artwork is selected, we will give you one departmental uniform 2019 for free as gift, but each artwork can only gain one free gift.
