選舉報名時間自即日起至2019年5月30日(四)凌晨12時截止!!

參選須知
1.任期為下學年度開始，為期一學年。
2.選舉方式採兩人一組，正副會長一同參選。
參選資格
1.任期間須為資訊工程學系系學會會員。
2.報名時，年級為大一至大三之間。
參選方式及流程
請務必詳細閱讀與確認：
1.下載下方「參選資料」檔案並填寫完成
2.連同「參選資料」檔案及正副會長"在學證明"檔案 寄至下方系學會之官方信箱。
*若確定資料無誤並擁有選資格，將寄信至參選人之學校信箱。

Director Election for 2019 Academic Year
【Election Procedures】
The nomination for the director and vice-director of 2019 academic year starts right now !!!
The deadline is on May-30th-2019 12:00-AM !!
(Based on the time we receive your emails)
For more details, please read the following rules:
Notices
1.The term of office is one academic year starting from next semester.
2.The nomination should be two students in a group, which runs for the director and vice-director respectively.
Qualifications
1.All the candidates must be the member of CSIESA in their term of office.
2.All the candidates must be the freshman, sophomore, or junior when they register to the election.
Procedure
Please read and confirm all the following steps carefully:
1.Download and fill out the "Nomination Document" below.
2.Email the "Nomination Document" and the "Student Status Certificate" of the two candidates to the CSIESA official email account as elow.
*If the documents is okay and all the candidates have the qualification, we will send an email to the candidates' school email.
